Rode Stereo VideoMic Pro

Based around a matched pair of high sensitivity, half-inch cardioid condenser capsules in a coincident XY pair, the Rode Stereo VideoMic Pro provides a wide stereo image with natural depth. This mic is ideal for on-camera recording of music and environmental ambience.

The Stereo VideoMic Pro features a high pass filter to eliminate sounds below 75Hz, such as air conditioners and traffic. There's also a -10dB PAD to make recording in loud environments more practical, such as live events. A +20dB boost reduces reliance on the relatively low quality preamps found in DSLR type cameras, resulting in a higher quality recording signal.
