Aputure Fresnel 2X

The Aputure Fresnel 2X is a Bowens mount fresnel with an adjustable beam angle between 12 - 40°. Fresnel lenses focus and intensify a light source, increasing the illumination level.

For example, when used with an Aputure 300d II, the Fresnel 2X boosts the illuminance (measured at 1m) from 11,000 lux (bare bulb) to 38,000 lux at a 40° beam angle, and 80,000 lux at a 12° beam angle.

The beam angle is adjusted using the rotating barrel. You can also use the Aputure barndoors with this Fresnel attachment, further expanding the range of applications.

This fresnel is not compatible with the Aputure 600d. If you are using the 600d you will need the Aputure F10 Fresnel.
