How do I hire gear from Offshoot Rentals?

Add the gear you need to a quote, choose your hire dates, and we'll show you live availability. You'll need a free Offshoot account to generate and lock in a quote. For more information, see our help articles or contact us.

Is hired equipment insured?

Accepted Answer

You are responsible for the gear while it's in your care, so we recommend production or hirer's insurance for the replacement value of the kit. If you're unsure what cover you need for a particular package, get in touch and we'll talk it through before your shoot.

Question 3

Do you offer weekend rates?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A weekend hire (collected Friday afternoon and returned Monday morning) is charged as a single day, so you get the weekend's shooting for one day's rate.

Question 4

Can you deliver, or is it pickup only?

Accepted Answer

Pickup from our Preston facility is the default and is free. We can also arrange delivery and courier options — ask us for a delivery quote.
